The local authorities across Bedfordshire along with our partner agencies are running a campaign about cycle helmet safety.
Parliament are in the process to obtain a parliamentary bill that requires a person riding a bicycle on the public highway to wear a safety helmet and for connected purposes . Road Safety (Cycle Helmets) Bill - Parliamentary Bills - UK Parliament
To make this become the norm, as is in Australia, we need to get children to wear helmets from an early age, so the local authority have designed the attached video to get this message across.
